Troubleshooting

The four issues that cover almost every support email, and their fixes.

Blank screenCheck the power source — the device needs a standard 5 V USB port. Monitor hubs occasionally under-deliver; try a wall charger.
"NO WIFI" on screenThe saved network is out of range or changed. Hold the rear button 3 s and re-run setup.
Prices look frozenUsually a feed pause upstream. The screen shows the age of the last update; it recovers on its own. A reboot never hurts.
Setup page won't openType ttd.local manually, or use the fallback address 192.168.4.1.
RESET
