Returning a unit
1. email support@tinytradedesk.com with your order number
2. we reply within 2 business days with a return address — DOA units get a prepaid label
3. refund lands within 14 days of the unit arriving back
Change-of-mind returns should arrive in original condition with the cable and stand; you cover the return postage. Defective units are always on us.
NOTE
Flashing custom firmware doesn't void the warranty. A bricked flash isn't a defect, though — recovery instructions are in Open firmware.
